Who We Are

A group of Syrians, including university professors, academics, consultants, and project managers, who have worked abroad.

We believe that knowledge is the cornerstone of building free and independent nations. Therefore, we chose the path of education and have contributed to the development of the societies in which we settled, hoping to one day return and take part in building a modern Syria in various fields, both material and humanitarian.

Future Syria Foundation

The Foundation operates as an independent entity, free from political influence or external pressures, grounded in the belief that rebuilding Syria is a collective responsibility. Through science, innovation, and collaboration.

The foundation operates on three levels:

  1. Foundational Level
  2. Institutional Level
  3. Executive Level
Foundational Level:

This involves forming a core team of experts, scientists, and academics from various fields. Their task is to develop a comprehensive and clear strategic plan that outlines the initiative's primary goals and future direction.

Institutional Level:

This level focuses on organizing specialized workshops covering essential and vital areas, both virtually and within Syria. These workshops aim to provide urgent and strategic solutions to support reconstruction and development efforts. The areas of focus include:

  • Emergency and strategic reconstruction
  • Health (research and development, urgent care, and immediate solutions)
  • Cyber and information security
  • Humanitarian and development sectors
  • Religious endowments (administrative and engineering)
  • Electricity, water, and critical infrastructure
  • Economy and vital projects
  • Engagement with Syrian talents in the diaspora

Each workshop is led by a carefully selected expert and supported by a team chosen based on the required specializations. There are also representatives from within Syria to follow up on execution and ensure effective communication with local realities. All workshops coordinate their efforts through a central hub, where their leaders exchange ideas and develop unified strategies and mechanisms to achieve the objectives.

Executive Level:

This phase begins with members of the foundational team and leaders of the institutional level transitioning to on-ground roles in Syria. They are assigned advisory or executive positions as deemed suitable by the government, based on their qualifications and capabilities.

The members of the initiative work at prestigious universities and major global companies in Europe, America, Canada, and Japan.

We are not a political entity, nor do we seek positions or privileges. Our goal is to utilize our combined scientific expertise to contribute to the efforts of rebuilding Syria on modern foundations.
